About
Dr. Salman Haider is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Vellore Institute of Technology, Tamil Nadu, India. He worked as Post-doctoral Fellow at Centre for Development Economics (DSE) and Institute of Economic Growth, New Delhi, India. He has completed Ph.D. program at School of Economics, University of Hyderabad on the topic of “Energy efficiency analysis of iron and steel industry: an economic perspective.” He has published several research papers on energy efficiency analysis and environmental performance of India firms. His publication appears in Energy Economic, Energy, and Carbon Management. His research interest lies in energy economics, energy efficiency and corporate environmental strategy. He has been awarded research grant from ICSSR to conduct funder project.
