About
I am a PhD candidate in Operations at the Yale School of Management, where I am fortunate to be advised Professor Edieal Pinker and Professor Faidra Monachou .
I study operations for public policy, with a specific focus on education. My research uses mathematical modeling, behavioral science, and data-driven methods to design interventions that improve student outcomes and educational equity. My current work focuses on three key levers: enhancing teacher quality, promoting adoption of algorithmic recommendations, and developing effective supplemental learning tools. Across these areas, I draw on insights from workforce dynamics, behavioral operations, and sequential decision-making.
Prior to Yale, I was a predoctoral fellow at Indian School of Business and advised by Professor Sarang Deo. I hold an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Vellore Institute of Technology.
