She is Assistant Professor and Master of Commerce from St. John’s College, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra, India. She has completed her PGDBA from Symbiosis, Pune, India. She has five years of teaching experience and authored research papers in international journals and books. Presently, she is Assistant Professor in Uttam Group of Institutions, Runakta, India. Being dedicated to research work, her research interests primarily comprise concentration on consumer buying behaviour, buyer psychology, and exploring the role of psychological / behavioural / attitudinal / perception-related factors in entrepreneurship and marketing. Her thesis encompasses the role of spirituality in modern consumer behaviour. Being a freelance research associate, she also guides aspiring researchers and fellow scholars.
Ms. Vanshika is an international reviewer for reputed Personality and Individual Differences Journal of Elsevier and member of IFERP (Institute for Engineering Research and Publication. Being a research enthusiast, she has worthily contributed original research papers encompassing practically applicable models and/or validated analysis dedicated to consumer behaviour and persona. Her researches have been appreciated due to their systematic resolutions to present-day entrepreneurial and marketing hurdles aiming at expansiveness of Indian trade and commerce on a global scale.
