About
Dr. Sharma, currently engaged in various research activities such as low temperature solution process synthesis of semiconductor and dielectric metal oxides and explore their potentiality in printed semiconductor electronics, 2D materials (Graphene and MOS2) based electronics and a hybrid system of graphene-inorganic materials. He also consider to develop the materials compatibility, new architecture, for flexible, stretchable and printable electronics. In addition to exploring the various ways towards flexible electronics, he is also considering Roll-to-Roll fabrication approach for large area mass production.
