About
I am broadly interested in crime investigations in the context of personal identification and reconstruction of events. My interests are directed towards biological profiling such as establishing the biological identity of an unknown sample source (humans/plants/animals) , age/time based studies, discriminating them among other sample types, development of a workflow in sample analysis (such as body fluids, tissues etc.) and development of field-friendly methods/devices for use by the law
enforcement agencies. I am interested in developing sustainable, cost-effective and field-friendly solutions for use by easy-to use devices for efficient and reliable results. I am keen on integrating lab-based set-up for field conditions to enable quicker decision making for investigative applications.
In addition, I am interested in research engagement at post graduate and PhD levels.
