Ayub Khan

About

Ayub Khan completed his Ph.D. in environmental chemistry at North China Electric Power University Beijing, China, in June 2019. Dr. Khan sees water pollution as the most important and emerging issue. He works on the synthesis and activation of biosorbents, nanoparticles and composite materials and their applications in the removal of radionuclides, organic and inorganic pollutants from contaminated water. He is also interested in the photochemical degradation of organic and inorganic pollutants in aqueous media. He is the corresponding author, author or coauthor of more than 10 good research papers as well as review articles published in peer-reviewed journals. He has expertise in the interpretation of XRD, FT-IR, XPS, TGA, and UV spectra and SEM and TEM images.
I like flowers and gardening is my best hobby. I live in the beautiful city of Charsadda which is 27 km away from Peshawar, the provincial capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. It is completely an agricultural area. Many crops grow here, however, sugar cane is the cash crop of Charsadda.
