About
Currently I am working as an Assistant Professor of Physics at Sri Sri University, Cuttack, Odisha. Before that, I was working as a research associate at the Department of Chemical Sciences, IISER, Kolkata. I have completed my PhD (Science) from the Department of Physics, Jadavpur University, Kolkata. My PhD research focused on different nanostructured magnetic materials for their biomedical applications. I have experience in synthesising different nanostructured functional materials by chemical route. I used material characterisation techniques, e.g., XRD, FESEM, HRTEM, DLS, TGA, FTIR, Raman, UV Vis, fluorescence spectrophotometer, SQUID, etc., to study the structural, magnetic, and optical properties of synthesised materials. I also have experience in thin film deposition using DC magnetron sputtering. I did my M.Sc. (Physics) from Jadavpur University and B.Sc. (Physics) from Ravenshaw University, Cuttack. I will be happy to share my expertise with others. If you wish to contact me, please drop a mail in [email protected]
