About

I am currently working as a Dean of Economics at Kardan University, Kabul, Afghanistan. I was earlier working as an Associate Professor in Economics at Kebri Dehar University, Ethiopia. I have been previously working at Bakhtar University (AICBE Accredited), Kabul, Afghanistan, FBS Business School, Bangalore, Karnataka, India and and Lovely Professional University (AACSB Accredited), Punjab, India. I have also served as a lecturer at the Jamia College of Education and also helped my department with teaching assistance during my Ph.D. I have completed Master's and Doctorate (PhD) in Economics, with sound teaching and research skills.

I have attended more than thirty-five Research Methodology Workshops and Faculty Development Programs, sponsored by the Government of India. and else than this, I have an excellent grasp of the subject material.

Having more than ten years of teaching experience, I have been a popular instructor. My courses always fill up quickly as students enjoy my teaching style. I try to deliver the information in a fun and interesting manner to aid students’ grasp of the material and hold their interest.

I am an experienced professional evaluator with key strengths in project management, proposal writing, monitoring and evaluation, team leadership accomplishments in coordination. I have excellent interpersonal skills in a variety of working environments, including organizations.

I have good experience in strategic planning and performance measurement, including indicator selection, target setting, reporting database management, and developing M&E and performance monitoring plans. In addition, I have a good knowledge of major evaluation methodologies like quantitative and qualitative methods, mixed methods, impact evaluation, data collection methods, analysis performance and report generation skills.
