About
I am Dr. Akshata Musale, an Associate Professor in Civil Engineering with over 13 years of academic experience and strong expertise in structural engineering and advanced construction materials. I completed my Ph.D. from KLE Technological University in the field of nanomaterials in cement composites. My research focuses on enhancing the mechanical and durability properties of concrete using carbon nanotubes, carbon fibers, and sustainable materials. I have published research papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals and international conferences, contributing to the advancement of nano-engineered construction materials.
Alongside academics, I am a registered Structural Engineer with Hubli-Dharwad Municipal Corporation and have actively worked on structural design, consultancy, and non-destructive testing projects. I am also an approved valuer and have filed patents related to smart RCC footing systems and hybrid nano-composite technologies. My teaching interests include concrete technology, structural analysis, design of RCC and steel structures, and water resource engineering. I am passionate about research, innovation, mentoring students, and creating an engaging learning environment for future engineers.
