Working as Assistant Professor at the Research Development and Innovation, State Higher Education Council, Goa, I am able to apply my knowledge from my research domain to help in making policy and administrative decisions at the higher education level at my workplace. I am also a part-time Research Scholar in the Computer Science and Technology discipline, Goa School of Business, Goa University. My research area is Learning Analytics, specifically, the use of machine learning techniques for engaged learning.
