About
MD student at Harvard Medical School. BS in Biomedical Engineering at Boston University, where I was a Trustee Scholar. My research interests are in artificial intelligence, bioinformatics, computational synthetic biology, surgery, and medical devices. I am eager to learn about groundbreaking areas to increase the solution space for the toughest problems facing humanity and contribute to medical innovation.
Most recently, at Mass General Brigham, I have been involved in projects using NLP to improve ED triage and to predict research coverage/impact.
Other recent research aims to improve early detection of lung cancer through a novel, personalized biophysical modeling + deep learning framework. I have been honored to receive BU's Distinguished Summer Research Fellowship for this work and to present an abstract on our initial findings at the 2020 Annual Biomedical Engineering Society Conference.
In addition, I recently licensed a tool to improve codon optimization using AI to Lattice Automation. This project is under an NDA.
