About
I am a human geneticist and a synthetic biologist. I have been working in the field of human molecular genetics for more than a decade and trying to understand the molecular mechanics responsible for important ophthalmic diseases including Pediatric Cataracts, Keratoconus, Macular Corneal Dystrophy etc. Our groups have gradually moved into genome editing. Besides these, we are also trying to understand the role of various molecular factors that are responsible for various other human diseases including PCOS.
