I am Professor and Head of E&TC Department SITRC Nashik and approved PhD guide of SPPU, Pune, Mentor for SANDIP TBI, Mentor for SIBIC TBI, Kolhapur. IEEE senior member and student Branch Councilor. President, Institute Innovation cell, NISP Coordinator, Head, Women Empowerment cell. Since from 2018, I am registered mentor on startup India Portal(Mentor ID Mf11307). I have undergone certification/training programs like Accreditation and outcome-based Learning, Innovation Ambassador training at 'Basic and Advanced Level', conducted by MoE's Innovation Cell & AICTE and is globally certified trainer approved by EDII Ahmadabad, Gujrat. Startup mentored by me won first and second prize in Startup Yatra and Innovation 2022.
My expertise ranges from ideation to MVP, particularly in technology-based startups. I have developed five MVPs, out of which two are commercialized. I always try to inculcate an innovation component among students through their project-based learning. I am promoting TRL practices among students and faculty for assessing students' academic projects so that they can progress from idea to MVP, MVP to startups, and FlyLab Solutions Pvt Ltd. is one of the use cases. I have mentored students to participate in different hackathons, like SPPU i-2-e competition, Smart India Hackthon 2022. I have contributed to the development of the "Sanitary Napkin Vending Machine and Incinerator" for girls and provided motivation through a central government circular dated September 3, 2014, No. D.O. No. 4-160(10)/2013-NCW. Further, we developed five models of vending machines: mechanically operated, push-button operated, coin-based, cashless, contactless, biometrically operated, and dual operating mode. Being Entrapreneur, motivate students to work on ‘projects to product’ to support the Skill India, Atmanirbhar Bharat, Digital India, and Startup India missions of Govt. of India. I have worked on an international project, "Defending Biodiversity and Promoting Sustainable Agriculture in Jalgaon District (India) Integrating New Methodologies and Advanced Technologies Hotspot Geo-informatics, Remote Sensing, Geographical Information Systems, Global Positioning Systems and Smart Ground Sensors", developed for Milan City Council by JalaSRI Watershed Surveillance and Research Institute, Jalgaon (Maharashtra, India). I had developed a project Smart Flexible Pavement Deflectometer" for National Highway System. We developed ‘Maruti 2021: A blood sample delivering drone’, funded by IEEE Region R10 & IEEE HAC.
• Fetched the consultancy of Rs 17.08 Lakh and grants of Rs 25.80 Lakh.
• Published 15 patents(Granted 4) Filed 07, 56 papers in international journals, 40 in international conference, 9 in National conferences, 05 Book Chapters, 03 Books
• Worked for SPPU, NMU, YCMU, BAMU, KSOU Mysore and RVDU Rajasthan universities in different capacity like syllabus revision, member of local enquiry committee, paper setter, and examiner.
• Delivered 30 expert talk on DST, AICTE, BCUD sponsored FDP, STTP and Workshop, session chair/reviewer for 20 National and International conferences. 20 expert sessions on Entrepreneurship Development
• Expert talk on “Science Technology Innovation Policy 2020 Govt. of India” by Radio Vishwas 90.8 Community Radio for third focus group discussion.
• Jury for Startup Yatra and Innovation, an initiative by the State Govt of Maharashtra.
• Received many prestigious awards like, Best performance faculty award, Women Achiever Award in the field of Education, Best Outstanding Educator of the year 2020; Krushi Mauli Award 2020, IEEE K Shankar Meritorious Paper Award 2021,Award of Excellence in Research, Best Researcher Award 2022,IEEE India Council Women Technologist of the Year 2022 award, AICTE National Technical Teacher Award 2022 and 2023 (Nomination); Nashik’s Woman Leaders’ Award at World Women Leadership Congress and Award summit on 3rd August 2023 by CMO Global and CMO ASIA; Platinum Affiliation Award, IEEE Bombay Section 2024; Women Achievement Award, Brainovision Solutions India 2025, Global Women of Distinction by IndusTreeBiz 2026.

I strongly promote women entrepreneurship inline which I have established Women Empowerment Cell in our Institute. Through these platform successful women entrepreneurs can share their views expertise and experiences with budding women entrepreneurs.
To strengthen startup ecosystem working with different Schemes like DST-NIMAT, DST-IEDC, BARC-AKRUTI, UBA 2.0 and MeitY funded TBI under TIDE 2.0, IEEE I&A. Contributed significantly to establish SANDIP TBI, Nashik. I have mentored 40 startup,out of which15 are DPIIT registered.
