Dr. Narpat Ram Sangwa is working as an Assistant Professor in the Area of Operations and Supply Chain Management at IIM Sirmaur. Prior to this, he worked as a Post-Doctoral Research Associate (PDRA) in Department of Mechanical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Ropar, India for approximately one year. He worked under the project entitled “Transforming India's Green Revolution by Research and Empowerment for Sustainable food Supplies (TIGR2ESS)”. Dr. Sangwa completed his Ph.D. on lean manufacturing from Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani, India in 2019. He also worked on Indo-German collaboration projects and actively participated to conduct various Indo-German Conferences/Workshops. As an academician, he has four years teaching experience. His research areas include lean manufacturing, sustainability, life cycle assessment, supply chain management, etc.
