About

Dr Olja Arsenijevic was born in 1967 in Novi Sad. She finished elementary school in Novi Sad, and Karlovce high school, the course of the Foreign Language in Sremski Karlovci, secondary vocational education and vocation translator-foreign correspondent. In April 2007, at the Faculty of Management, the University "Economy academy" she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic "Modeling the evaluation of education for management" and obtained the title of doctor of science from management. She finished the following informal training: Internal checker for ISO 9001:2000 - 2011, Goodwill class - constructive conflict resolution – 1997 Novi Sad, the Most group, Project Management - 2005, software training for MS Project, YUPMA, Belgrade. Since August 2001 she was employed at the Faculty of Management in Novi Sad as an assistant in the subjects of Change Management, Entrepreneurship and Communication 1 and 2.
After the doctoral degree in 2007, she was elected assistant professor, and in 2012 she was appointed as an associate professor at the Faculty of Management, University "Union - Nikola Tesla" and engaged in Management of Change, Fundamentals of Management, Knowledge Management, Business Communication, Communication 2 basic academic studies, as well as on the subject Selected Chapters in Management and Knowledge Management and Entrepreneurship and Innovation, at Master Studies. Since 2007, she had served as the Head of the Operational Management Study Program, and from 2011 to 2014 she was the Vice Dean for Science. In 2014, she got employed at the Faculty of Business Studies and Law, University "Union - Nikola Tesla" in Belgrade, and is engaged in the subjects of Knowledge Management and Economics of Knowledge in Basic Academic Studies and on the subject of Information and Knowledge Management at PhD studies, where she is accredited as mentor. Head of the project "Innovation culture as a factor in the formation and development of innovation systems" financed by the Secretariat for Science of AP Vojvodina from 2008 to 2011. Since 2011 she has been a member of the project team on the project "Digital Media Technologies and Social-Educational Changes", funded by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Serbia, in the title of A1 researcher. With her associates, she worked intensively on scientific research and professional projects in order to develop science and improve the activities of higher education, improve the quality of teaching, improve scientific knowledge, and introduce students into scientific research.Participation in projects and trainings and seminars (as a manager or participant)
