About
Dr. Rahul Dhiman received his PhD from National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur (HP), Government of India with UGC National Fellowship and Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Marketing. Presently, he is working in Department of Higher Education, Government of Himachal Pradesh as Assistant Professor in Department of Business Management, Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, a state University, Solan (HP). He has total teaching and research experience of 10 years. Dr Dhiman has several Scopus/ABDC/SSCI papers in international journals of repute published by Emerald, Taylor and Francis, Springer, Sage, Inderscience etc. He is in the Editorial Board and reviewer of many prestigious journals such as Review of Management Literature (ROML) published by Emerald; Review of International Business and Strategy (RIBS) (Emerald); International Journal of Emerging Markets (Emerald); International Journal of Consumer Studies (Wiley); FIIB Business Review (Sage) etc. Dr Dhiman has also authored one book titled ‘The Textile Industry and Exports in Post-Liberalization India’ published by Taylor and Francis, UK. Dr Dhiman is also the recipient of UGC National Fellowship, Govt. of India; Malaysian International Scholarship (MIS), MHRD, Govt. of India. He has presented papers in several international conferences held in IIMs, IITs, NITs and state universities. Apart from this, Dr Dhiman has also been a consultant to Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd.-Swaraj Division (Mohali) to examine the Performance Management System for Blue-Collar employees.
