Dr. Manish Das is a consumer psychologist and faculty member at Tripura University (A Central University), India. His research examines the intersection of decision-making and consumer psychology, with a focus on how individuals and groups make consumption-related choices in diverse market settings. His work has appeared in leading marketing journals including Psychology & Marketing, Industrial Marketing Management, European Journal of Marketing, and the Journal of Business Research. In addition to his prolific research output, he serves as an active peer reviewer for top-tier journals including the Journal of Business Research, Psychology & Marketing, and the European Journal of Marketing.
He currently holds the position of Associate Editor for Humanities and Social Sciences Communications, a prestigious journal under the Springer Nature Group. He has received research support from the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) and is actively involved in academic mentorship and research supervision.
Dr. Das also leads the Entrepreneurship Development Centre and Incubation Centre at Tripura University, initiatives funded by the Government of India, mentoring more than 30 start-ups across North-East India.
