Marirajan Murugan, received the B.E degree from Madras university in 1997, the M.B.A degree from Madurai Kamaraj University in 2011, Executive Program in Business Management from IIM, Lucknow in 2022, the Ph.D degree in Management from SRM IST in 2025. He has published more than twenty five papers in reputed Scopus, ABDC, Springer nature, UGC carelisted journals including books and book chapters. He has received a Guinness award for participating as an author for the record title of thickest book in the world. 28+ years of Oil & Gas and its allied sector experience having worked on all areas including Consulting, EPC Contractor, EPCMs and Owner’s engineer / PMC to get an all round view of project asset life cycle including Projects, Engineering and business operations. Certified Business Management Professional, Chartered Engineer and Fellow(IE), Fellow (FAAPM), Certified Project Management and Risk Management Professional, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified IMS / QMS auditor handled with maximum project value of USD 3.7 Billion and led multicultural EPC project team of +120 staff and +350 manpower in Oil & Gas (Onshore & Offshore) – ADNOC(Approved Project Manager, Project Engineering Manager, Engineering Coordinator), Eni S.p.A, Shell, Bechtel, Exxon Mobil, EnQuest, Total, ONGC, EIL, QP & Aramco and Lead to monitor corporate KPIs, control schedule, budget & Project recovery, P/L Account, Strategy, Portfolio, Productivity, negotiation, Program management, and manage PMO, EPC and EPCM with excellent Leadership, Proactive and Ethical approach, hard work with smart initiatives, teamwork, Adaptable, multilevel / critical perspective, excellent communication, time and cost consciousness, coaching in an international environment.
