About
Dr. P. Karuppasamy has research experience in crystal Growth and Solar cells. He finished his B.Sc. (2009-2012) and M.Sc. (2012-2014) in Physics from the Department of Physics, National College, Tiruchirappalli (Affiliated with Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli). Ph.D. degree (in 2020) from Anna University, Chennai. I have wide experience in materials synthesis and crystal growth using various methods and also various instrumentation for materials characterisation.
Research Interest: Crystal Growth- Solution, SR-method, Melt, Bridgeman method, Czochralski (CZ) method. Organic crystals, Nano-crystals, Thin films, Solar cell, Directional Solidification, CGSim Simulation, Recycling of PV. Piezoelectric, Ferroelectric and Terahertz (THz) Applications.
