Dr. Ajay Kumar is a distinguished academician and the current Registrar at Srinivas University in Mangaluru. A visionary in the field of physiotherapy, Dr. Kumar has dedicated his career to advancing education, research, and institutional development within the health sciences. His extensive experience and multifaceted expertise have established him as a prominent figure in Indian physiotherapy.
Holding a Doctorate in Physiotherapy, Dr. Kumar's academic journey is marked by a commitment to excellence. His doctoral research on the "Intra-reliability of the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) in Computer Operators" showcases his early interest in occupational health and biomechanics. In addition to his Ph.D., he holds a Master's in Orthopedics, a Diploma in Yoga Therapy, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, reflecting his holistic approach to health and wellness.
Dr. Kumar's career at Srinivas University began in 2001 as a Lecturer at the Srinivas College of Physiotherapy.
