Dr. Narender Yadav, an Intellectual Property professional with a Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry, is a registered Indian Patent Agent (IN/PA-5422) and IP Facilitator. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the School of Medical & Allied Sciences, K.R. Mangalam University, where he also manages the university’s IP filings, prosecution, and technology transfer activities. With over eight years of combined industry and academic experience, Dr. Yadav specializes in patent filing, prosecution, and portfolio management. His expertise extends to conducting novelty and prior art searches, freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses, white space mapping, and patent landscape studies. He has completed several specialized certification courses in IP, including Patent Drafting, Patent Law for Engineers and Scientists, and Managing IP in Universities, reflecting his commitment to fostering innovation and IP awareness in academia.
