Upamanyu Basu is an Assistant Professor of Political Science and International Relations in Department of Liberal Arts, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, IILM University Greater Noida. Ph.D Scholar from National University of Juridical Sciences. He is also a Non Resident Fellow in International Development and Security Cooperation ,Philippines. His doctoral research focuses on South Asian Politics, International Relations Theory, Ethnic Conflict and Governance.
