About

I am a highly motivated nursing professional with over 14 years of experience in teaching, research, and administration, currently serving as the Principal and Professor at the Parul Institute of Nursing and Research. My passion lies in fostering academic excellence and guiding the next generation of nursing professionals.

I hold a Ph.D. in Nursing, an M.Sc. in Psychiatric Nursing, an MBA in Hospital Management, and a TEFL/TESOL certification. My commitment to advancing nursing education and healthcare is reflected in my extensive research and numerous publications, which have earned me recognition, including the "Scientist of the Year" and "Distinguished Faculty Award."

As the founder of the UIJIR Academic Research Foundation and Editor-in-Chief of the UIJIR International Journal of Interdisciplinary Research, I actively contribute to the academic community. I have authored 14 books on healthcare and nursing education, and my 23 research has been published in prestigious international journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science (WOS).

In addition to my role as a Ph.D. guide for nursing scholars, I have organized over 20 conferences and seminars, enhancing collaboration and knowledge-sharing in the field. With lifetime memberships in four professional bodies, I am dedicated to improving healthcare systems and patient care through effective leadership, innovative research, and comprehensive education.
