I am a self-motivated, determined and trained in India and United States of America. I have 16 plus years of Post Ph. D. experience in academia and industry. I prefer to apply and in fact applied in the past, the multidisciplinary/integrative approach, applying the skills of Biochemistry, Cell & Molecular Biology and Microbiology to study Translational control and developing recombinant protein based products. I am specialized in establishing, managing laboratories & project management and teaching activities. I have a proven track record of teaching graduate and postgraduate students in life sciences/biotechnology. I was a team player and team leader, one who strongly believes in team efforts. I work towards the sustainable and harmonious growth of myself and my organization.
