I am a positive–minded person who aims to use her research & development, analytical and writing skills to create stakeholder-centric solutions. I thrive in a fast-paced, cooperative, and dynamic team environment that challenges my drive for value-creating, innovating, decision-making, and troubleshooting abilities. I like to start projects and drive them to the finish line.
Committed to pursuing quality operations and working on policies and evidence-based programs ensuring the implementation of best practices. Competent in program development, project management, research & development, brand & marketing and validation of quality procedures, GMP/GLP regulations. Proficient in small business management, relationship building, and planning & executing strategies.
I have worked on Rabies, Aspergillus, Candida, HIV, enzymes, human and animal vaccines, fermentation technologies etc. My areas of interest include vaccines, sera, diagnostics and novel therapeutics. Experienced in R&D, Production and Quality in biologicals, diagnostics and academia, including marketing, information and communications, and small business management. I have assisted many scientists in their careers. Published more than 18 articles in peer reviewed journals, and more than 40 articles on LinkedIn, and continue to endeavor advanced research to collaborate on various fronts of life sciences.
