About
Dr. Ravi Gutti is working as a Professor at University of Hyderabad (India) and holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from New Delhi. He has an extensive research and teaching experience from Harvard Medical School (USA), NIH (USA), Moffitt Cancer and Research Center (USA) and RWTH Aachen (Germany). He has vast experience in gene regulation including cancer biology and stem cell biology. He developed an innovative therapeutic strategy for cancer treatment during his work at Moffitt Cancer and Research Center on Histone Deacetylase (HDAC) Inhibitors. He worked at Harvard Medical School on neonatal thrombocytopenia in the division of newborn medicine. He was actively involved in Harvard Catalyst Program, led several workshops, and organized classes on miRNA at Harvard Clinical and Translational Science Center.He was also given Royal Society Award for Established Investigators.
