About

I am currently associated with Symbiosis Law School, Pune as Assistant Professor in Law. I was at Jharkhand Rai University as Associate Professor and Associate Dean, Department of Legal Studies from 2023-2026. I was at Chotanagpur Law College, Ranchi as Assistant Professor (NET, PhD). I have completed 10 years in Academics with 7 years as Assistant Professor. I have done my PhD on “Effect of Acquisition of Generic drug producing companies on compulsory license” from Symbiosis International Deemed University. I was awarded Junior Research Fellowship by Symbiosis International University and was Assistant Professor at Symbiosis Law School, Pune. I have published chapters in books, articles in various national and international UGC Care Listed Journals (SCOPUS & WoS). I am a member of the Editorial Review Board of “International Journal of Engineering Research & Management”. I was part of various projects related to Scheduled Tribes and environmental issues under the aegis of the university. I am also Evaluator and conductor of PhD Thesis viva at Sangam University, Bhilwara. I am currently co-editor of Chotanagpur Law Journal. I am reviewer of articles for various other journals. I teach Research Methodology, Cyber Laws, Information Technology Laws, Environmental Law and Laws related to Intellectual Property Rights, Contract Law, Insurance Law, Business Law at LL B and LL M level. I am a qualified Patent Agent and Trademark Agent. I have practiced as an Agent and IPR Attorney for two years in Law Firm at Patna
