About
Dr Sandeep Sharma received a B.Tech. Degree in Electronics Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University RGPV, Bhopal, India, in 2001 and an M.Tech. Degree in Digital Communication from Devi Ahilya University, Indore, India, in 2005. He is a PhD in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida, India, in 2016.
Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics Engineering, Madhav Institute of Technology and Science (MITS), Gwalior, India. Before MITS, he worked at Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida, India, from 2010 to 2021. His research interest includes wireless sensor networks, wireless network security, physical layer authentication, intrusion detection in wireless networks, cross-layer design, optimization problems in WSNs, and machine learning applications in WSNs and supervised 72 M.Tech. Dissertations and currently supervising 3 PhD scholars in these areas. He has published 30 research papers in reputed international journals with high impact factors, and 41 papers were published in international conferences. He also has 5 Indian/International patents to his credits.
Dr. Sharma is a recipient of the Best Conference Paper in the international conference ICCCS,2016 and the Young Scientist Award in 2019 for his research work. He is an active reviewer of IET Communications, IEEE Wireless Comm.
