Academic leader and operations & supply chain management professional with 17+ years of diverse experience across industry, consulting, research, and teaching. I hold a Ph.D. and MBA in operations & supply chain management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Mumbai.

Currently, I serve as Head Research and Assistant Professor at the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Symbiosis International University, Bengaluru, India. My expertise spans Operations management, Supply chain management, Supply chain analytics, Six Sigma, Production planning & control, Total Quality Management, Logistics, Materials management, Product development, and advanced manufacturing technologies like 3D printing and additive manufacturing.

I have published 35+ research papers in top-tier international peer-reviewed journals (ABDC A, ABS, WoS Q1, Scopus Q1), and other esteemed peer-reviewed journals. Alongside research, I actively contribute to academic committees and institution-building initiatives aimed at shaping globally relevant, future-ready business schools.

I am deeply committed to bridging academia and industry through impactful research, practical teaching, and mentoring future leaders in operations and supply chain management.
