About

I am currently serving as HOD – First Year at BIRT/S, Bansal Group of Institutes, Bhopal, with more than 10 years of experience in teaching, academic administration, student mentoring, and institutional development. Prior to this, I worked with Truba Group of Institutes, Bhopal from January 2013, where I served as Head of the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering and contributed extensively to teaching and academic leadership.

I hold a Ph.D. in Analog Computing for Machine Learning using CMOS from RNTU, Bhopal. My doctoral research focused on low-power, process-scalable analog processor design and the development of robust machine learning hardware architectures. My work explored shape-based analog computing by analyzing shape and margin behavior under process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) variations to design reliable and energy-efficient analog computing systems. I designed and simulated analog computation cores using MATLAB–Cadence co-simulation and applied data-driven analysis for optimizing energy consumption, stability, settling rate, and process scalability.

My research interests include Analog Computing, VLSI, CMOS and mixed-signal circuit design, low-power analog processors, hardware-efficient AI, and process-aware machine learning accelerators. I have published more than 25 research papers in SCI, Scopus, UGC Care, IEEE indexed journals, and international conferences.

I completed my M.Tech. in Digital Communication with Honours from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and earned my Bachelor of Engineering from Truba Institute of Engineering and Information Technology.

My teaching specializations include Antennas, Microwave Engineering, Communication Engineering, Control Systems, Electromagnetic Field Theory, Analog Electronics, and VLSI Design. I have guided more than 15 postgraduate dissertations and continuously work towards creating an innovative and research-oriented learning environment for students.

I have attended more than 35 workshops, faculty development programs, and technical training sessions in areas related to electronics, communication, robotics, embedded systems, VLSI, and emerging technologies.

I am a Life Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education. I am also a member of the e-Yantra Teachers Team and contributed to establishing the e-Yantra Robotics and Embedded Systems Laboratory at Truba Group of Institutes. The laboratory, developed under the initiative of the Ministry of Education and Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, was among the first state-of-the-art laboratories in the region dedicated to robotics and embedded systems projects for students.

My contributions have been recognized through several awards, including the Best Faculty Award at SRIJAN 2017 organized by the Madhya Pradesh Council of Science and Technology, the Tech Guru Award 2017 organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry at Sagar Institute of Science and Technology, and the Best Faculty Award at TRUBA TechFest 2016 for outstanding teaching skills and involvement in institutional work.

I remain committed to advancing technical education, interdisciplinary research, and innovation in the areas of Analog Computing, VLSI, and intelligent hardware systems.
