Dr. Vaishali Dhiman, Ph.D. in Management from Central University of Himachal Pradesh, is currently working as an Assistant Professor (Grade-I) at Jaypee University of Information Technology, Waknaghat, Solan, India. Her research interest includes Entrepreneurship, Women Entrepreneur, Startup and Business Incubation Ecosystem, Exponential Technologies, and Basic Tourism. With proficiency in various analytical software and a knack for academic publishing, she has authored 12 international publications indexed in SCOPUS, WOS, UGC CARE, and DOAJ, with publishers including Emerald, Sage, Springer Nature, Taylor & Francis Group AAP, and IGI Global.
A dedicated contributor to management and social science field, she has actively participated in 35+ seminars, conferences, and workshops. She also serves as a peer-reviewer for the Journal of Global Entrepreneurship Research (1), Current Psychology (4), Economic and Regional Studies (3), IMIB Journal of Innovation & Management (3), as well as book chapters for IGI Global (23).
