About
I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with rigorous training in biochemistry, cellular and molecular biology, and translational cancer research. My current work focuses on understanding the regulatory mechanisms of the cell cycle in cervical cancer through microRNA-mediated pathways and proteomic analyses. I have a multidisciplinary research background that integrates molecular oncology, bioinformatics, and targeted drug design.
I have led several independent and collaborative projects on diagnostic biomarker development using liquid biopsy approaches, including the study of cell-free DNA and urinary microRNAs. My investigations have explored novel molecular targets of miR-17~92 and miR-34a clusters, and the therapeutic potential of small-molecule inhibitors disrupting the HPV–E6–USP46–Cdt2 complex. In addition to these research accomplishments, I have been instrumental in protocol development, assay optimization, and the coordination of cross-functional research teams involving biochemists, pathologists, and computational biologists.
I am proficient in grant writing, data interpretation, and technical communication, and have published extensively in peer reviewed journals while presenting research outcomes at several national and international conferences. I have also contributed to academic training as a teaching assistant for three postgraduate courses, where I supervised laboratory work and mentored master’s students on experimental design and project execution.
My long-term research goal is to integrate molecular cell biology, biochemistry, and computational biology to unravel new regulatory pathways. I am well positioned to contribute to and guide interdisciplinary teams in elucidating the complex biological mechanisms that regulate cellular functions..
