About

I hold a Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition from the Institute of Home Economics, Delhi University. I am a dietician by degree and researcher by profession, currently working as a researcher at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. I have co-authored multiple systematic reviews and meta-analyses and received accolades including the Young Researcher Award (2021). My work on Vitamin C and COVID-19 was featured on the front page of The Times of India.

My research interests include gestational diabetes, reproductive nutrition, dietary therapies such as the ketogenic diet more broadly, individualized dietary interventions tailored to specific health conditions and lifestyle-based interventions. I am passionate about translating research into real-world impact, especially in the areas of women’s health and non-communicable diseases.
