Dr. G. Chandramowleeswaran is currently working as Associate Professor and Program Coordinator in Department of business administration, Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr. Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology (Deemed to be University), Avadi Chennai. At present he Possess 4 years of teaching experience in Business administration demonstrating a strong commitment to academic excellence and student development. He Holds a B.Com., M.B.A., M. Phil., and Ph.D. in Management from Bharathidasan University, Trichy. He has contributed to motivating and talented sales & marketing Specialist with 11+ (Hindustan Unilever Ltd) years of experience in business development, Employee Relations, training & development Including Process Development and execution in a consumer durable industry.
He also acquired membership in various Professional Bodies. He has received an award from special minds, India & Unifacvest university, Brazil, South America Global excellence for accomplishments in management education and research in 2022. He has received Best Faculty Award from Indian Academic Researchers Association in 2023. He has a contribution towards Innovation council. The research area of interest also includes human resource management, marketing and entrepreneurship development. He has also published research papers on UGC, Scopus and book publications. He has actively taken part in many Seminars, webinars FDP and Workshops. He has a dynamic position with regard to innovation Ambassador. On account of an encouraging person, he has made the students to reach greater heights by recommending them for the best placements. Chandramowleeswaran is currently serving as an Associate Professor and Program Coordinator in the Department of Business Administration at Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr. Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology (Deemed to be University), Avadi, Chennai. He holds a B.Com., M.B.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D. in Management from Bharathidasan University, Trichy, and has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to academic excellence, research, and student empowerment. He brings with him a rich blend of over 11 years of corporate experience and more than 4 years of teaching experience, enabling him to bridge the gap between industry practices and academic pedagogy. During his professional journey, he has published 16 Scopus-indexed research papers, authored 2 patents, and published 1 book in the field of Marketing Management. His core areas of expertise include Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Entrepreneurship Development. He has also contributed scholarly articles to various UGC-listed journals and has been involved in several book publications.
Dr. Chandramowleeswaran has demonstrated leadership in academia by actively engaging in various seminars, webinars, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), and workshops, both as a participant and as a resource person. His dynamic role as an Innovation Ambassador underlines his dedication to fostering creativity, research, and entrepreneurial thinking among students and faculty alike. He is a motivating and talented sales and marketing professional with over 11 years of industry experience at Hindustan Unilever Ltd., where he made significant contributions in business development, employee engagement, training and development, and strategic process execution within the consumer durables sector. He is also a member of several professional bodies, contributing to the growth of academic and professional networks. In recognition of his achievements, he was conferred the Global Excellence Award for Accomplishments in Management Education and Research (2022) by Special Minds, India, in collaboration with Unifacvest University, Brazil, South America. He also received the Best Faculty Award from the Indian Academic Researchers Association in 2023.
