Dr. Sudhir Kumar Singh is working as an Assistant Professor at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala, Punjab, India, since November 2024. He did his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at National Institute of Technology Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, India, in 2024 and Master’s degree in Thermal Engineering at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala, India, in 2018. He has published 12 SCI and 2 Scopus-indexed journal papers, 4 (Scopus-indexed) book chapters, and 3 (Scopus-indexed) conference proceeding papers. He has presented 17 papers at international conference. His research interests include nucleate pool boiling heat transfer, cooling system design and development, two-phase heat transfer, bubble behavior dynamics, surface wettability, nanofluid, plate heat exchanger, solar desalination technologies, solar still, solar pond, solar thermal systems. He possesses six years of teaching experience.
