About
Dr. Rahul Kumar is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Science Engineering at the Institute of Infrastructure, Technology, Research And Management (IITRAM), Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Before this, he worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. Before joining PDEU, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher in CeNSE at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore (India). He received his Ph.D. in Microelectronics from IIT Jodhpur, India, and his M.Tech from IIT (BHU) Varanasi, India. He received a Gold Medal for his Ph.D. thesis research work in 2D materials-based sensors. His research interests include device fabrication, 2D materials, sensors, thin-film technology, and nanoelectronics.
