Dr. Rajiv Kumar is working as a Post-Doctoral Fellow from Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India. He has worked with the Gujarat Institute of Development Research, Ahmedabad (GIDR) and Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya National Mission on Teachers and Teaching (PMMMNMTT) Government of India project, Centre for Policy Research in Education, Centre for Professional Development of Teacher Educators, School of Education, Central University of Gujarat in 2019-2020, where he worked with policy research and organized national seminar and workshops.
He has earned his bachelor’s in Social Science from Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur. He studied his Master’s in Mass Communication and Journalism (MCJ) from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (A Central University), Lucknow followed by MPhil and PhD done from Center for Study in Science, Technology and Innovation Policy, from Central University of Gujarat.
He has published 2 papers in Scopus indexed journals, research papers UGC listed journals, and presented research papers in the national and international seminars and conferences. His research interests include science technology and innovation, automobile, electric vehicles, R&D and Socio-Economic Changes, public policy, social policy, sustainable development, the status of orphans in Delhi: during covid-19, ‘Local for Vocal’ and ‘Make in India’.
He has worked with Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) and Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation, Ministry of Jal Shakti. He participated in DAPSC training programs of Nodal Officers, and he has presented on Development Action Plan of Schedule Castes (DAPSC)
