About
Dr. Shatrudhan Pandey is currently serving as an Assistant Professor–Research at the Marwadi University Research Center (MURC), Faculty of Management Studies, Marwadi University, Rajkot, India. He holds Ph.D. in Production and Industrial Engineering from the esteemed Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, India. His primary research interests include Operations Management, Safety Management, Circular Economy, Sustainability, and Smart Manufacturing. He has authored more than 60 research articles and book chapters in reputed peer-reviewed journals and edited volumes. He has also actively presented his work at numerous prestigious international conferences, including: The 4th Asian Conference on Ergonomics and Design (ACED-2023), jointly organized with Humanizing Work and Work Environment (HWWE) & BRICSplus, TRMM-2023, ICCES-2023, AIR-2022, ICIEM-2021, ICAMM-2017, ARIMPIE-2017, and ICEM-2016. His academic contributions reflect a strong commitment to advancing research in industrial systems, safety, and sustainable development.
