About

Working as a Librarian at VES College since 1998. Implemented library automation, and digital library, initiated several innovative practices for library management and activities for student engagement. Implemented information literacy programmes for the PG students of the college.
Developed the research support section for researchers on the website.
 Set up libraries of new upcoming sister institutions. Contributed in several quality assurance
 initiatives of the college. Worked in the Steering Committee for the accreditation of the college.
 Serving as a member of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell, Research, and Ethics Committee and  the Website Committee, UGC, RUSA and NIRF.
 Serving as a member of the CAS (Career Advancement Scheme) of the college
 Worked as a part of the Core Team for Autonomy for College and currently a member of the Academic Council of the college.
 Working as a Swayam Co-ordinator of the College.
 Worked as a part of the Organizing team for several conferences held in the college
