About
Molecular Parasitology | CRISPR Functional Genomics | Host–parasite interactions
Molecular parasitologist with expertise in CRISPR/Cas9-mediated genome editing, functional gene characterization, and transcript-level validation in protozoan parasites. Experienced in integrating bioinformatics analysis with experimental validation to study parasite survival mechanisms. Strong interest in infection biology, transcriptomics, and virulence regulation in eukaryotic pathogens.
Gained international research experience through EMBO and LabEx CeMEB fellowships, working in collaborative research.
