About

Dr. Dhanshyam is an Assistant Professor in Production Operations Management and Quantitative Techniques area of the Institute of Rural Management Anand, India. He is a fellow (PhD in Operations Management) from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. His research interests lie at the intersection of Operations and Public Policy, with special focus on Public Procurement, Public-Private Partnerships, Public Service Contracts, Energy Transition, Self-governance models, and Sustainability. He has an industry experience of nine years with Jindal Steel and Power Ltd. and Coal India Limited in domains of Project Management, Quality Management, Public Procurement, and Maintenance. He has published in reputed international journals including Journal of Construction Engineering and Management, Construction Management and Economics, and Resources, Conservation and Recycling, and has contributed to scientific research through peer reviews in several reputed journals and participation in academic conferences at national and international levels.
