Dr. Pankajkumar J Rathod working as Associate professor (Plant Biochemistry) in ASPEE COA KHAPAT-Porbandar, Junagadh Agril University, He is involved in UG and PG teaching since 2012-2025 and in 2025-26 only for UG Teaching and PG/PhD Guiding. He got trained at winter School in CIAE Bhopal, refresher course at UGC-HRDC, Rajkot , Genomics, proteomics and metabolomics training at Department of Biotechnology, JAU, Junagadh also completed MOOC : Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture" Organized by ICAR-NAARM, Hyderabad in 2024 in 2025 Over five days online sessions with CGIAR science weeks as Participants . He also research worked for SAU’s in Gujarat & guided number of Masters and PhD students of Biochemistry also Co guided in Processing and Food engineering & Molecular Biology and Biotechnology. He had also worked for funding agency like ICAR/GOG/NFSM project. He has published more than papers, Books and granted patent. Two Best paper awards in International seminar and recipient of InSc Awardee , International Researcher Award 2020 .
