About
I am currently working as Assistant Professor in physics Department at DBS College, Kanpur since November 2019. I did my M.Sc. (Physics) in 2009 and Ph.D. in 2014 from University of Lucknow. I Passed CSIR-UGC NET-JRF examination in June 2009. I was a visiting scholar at HKUST, Hong Kong for more than two years between July 2017-Oct 2019. Before, I worked as principal Investigator of SERB-Project at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi India for a year. My research interest includes liquid crystal material characterization and development of LC based devices. At HKUST, I worked on quantum material for their application in different display devices. I have published more than 50 research articles in reputed international journals, 2 book chapters and participated in several national/international conferences. I have received the KIDS bronze paper award sponsored by LG Display in 2018. I have also been granted three Patents till date.
