Dr. Souvik Tewari, M.Sc. (1st class first), PhD (Food Science and Technology), is presently working as an Assistant Professor, Department of Food and Nutrition, Swami Vivekananda University, Barrackpore, W.B., India. He was former Assistant Professor, Department of Home Science, Indian Institute of Food Science and Technology (IIFST). He was awarded 1st ranking certificate (University topper) for scoring the first class first in M.Sc. (Food science) 2016-2018 from Sambalpur University, Orissa. He was also awarded as a “Young Research Scholar Award-2019” in the field of Food science and Technology from Society for Bioinformatics and Biological Sciences. He was also awarded as a “Young Faculty Award-2022” from IBRF. He has many publications in Scopus indexed, Web of Science, UGC care listed journal and has also published many Books from Delhi Publication.
