My research interests focus on device fabrication and characterization in the field of organic electronics: the use of small organic conjugated molecules, conjugated organic polymers for applications in organic electronics (specially, Resistive Memory Device, Schottky Diode, Organic Field Effect Transistors, Single Carrier Diode, Organic Light Emitting Diode, Organic Solar cell, Gas Sensors e.g., NH3).
