About

Dr. Bhushan Rajendra Rane, is working as Professor and Head, Department of Pharmaceutics; In-Charge of the Postgraduate Department. He published more than 120 research and review articles in peer-reviewed national and international journals. He has invited by various institutes as Judge, resource person to speak at national-level seminars and conferences. He is a lifelong member of different associations, such as APTI, IGPA, and MSPC. He completed graduation in pharmacy from R.C. Patel College of Pharmacy, Shirpur, affiliated with North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, in 2005. For postgraduate studies in pharmacy, he migrated to Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu, and completed his doctorate in 2013 from Jodhpur National University, Jodhpur, India. He received more than 20 lakh rupees as a research grant from AICTE, the University of Mumbai, and a few other companies as well. He is the author of more than 70 book chapters, which were published by Elsevier, Taylor & Francis Group, Springer Nature, De-gruter and Bentham Science. He has 17 books to his credit, published nationally and internationally by Apple Academic Press, IGI Global, Taylor & Francis Group, Nirali Publishers Pune, & Everest Publishers Pune. He is an approved PhD and PG guide at Mumbai University. He has expertise in ISO-IEC 17025:2017 and serves as a Quality Manager in Company with good experience in set-up of FDA, NABL accredited testing lab as well. His research area of interest is Novel drug delivery system, microparticulate systems, nanoparticulate systems, vesicular gel systems, and solid oral dosage form development and evaluation.
