About
Dr. Hithu Anand was born (1987) and brought up in Mahé, India. He received his B.Tech degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Pondicherry University in 2009. He was a Graduate Apprentice from SAIL-SCL Kerala Limited, then Lecturer at Indira Gandhi Polytechnic College, Mahe. He received M.Tech degree in Electrical Drives and Control from Puducherry Technological University, formerly Pondicherry Engineering College, in 2014. He worked as Assistant Professor at Agni College of Technology, Chennai till December 2020. Received PhD in Electrical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai in the year 2021. He was a Senior Research Fellow and Postdoctoral Fellow at Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar (SSN) College of Engineering, Chennai. He worked as Assistant Professor Adhoc at Government College of Engineering Kannur, Kerala and Adhoc Faculty at National Institute of Technology, Calicut (NITC). Presently he is working as Tenure Faculty at Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI), Mumbai. His research interest is in Power Engineering, including Power & Energy, Power Electronics, Electronics and Electricity Market.
