About
Dr. Lakshman Pappula completed his Ph.D. in antenna arrays and optimization techniques at the Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar in 2017. Before his doctoral studies, he earned a Master of Technology in RF & Microwave Engineering and a Master of Science in Electronics. He also holds a Project Associate from IIT Bhubaneswar. Currently, he works as an Associate Professor at GIT, GITAM Deemed to be University, Visakhapatnam, India. He previously worked as an Alternate HOD and an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering, KLEF (Deemed to be University, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India. He teaches both Undergraduate and Postgraduate subjects in the Communications and data computing domain. His subjects of teaching interest include antenna theory, electromagnetic fields and propagation, communication theory, soft computing, artificial neural networks, radar and navigational aids, and wireless and communication theory. He is a Professional member of IEEE and IEEE Antenna and wave propagation. He reviews many reputed journals, IEEE, IET, IET Letters Elsevier, and PIER. He has visited countries like China and South Korea for workshops and conferences. Also, he has published many research articles in referred journals.
