About

Associate Professor (E) at Condensed Matter Physics (CMP) Division, Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics under Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Govt. of India. Working in antiferromagnet and ferromagnet-based device physics for development of conventional and unconventional spintronic computing paradigms. Research results are published as journal articles and presentations in universally recognized scientific conferences/workshops. Takes a keen interest in the current trends of research in various fields and interested in expanding the capabilities of spintronics beyond conventional regimes of physics and applications.
Capable of thin film deposition, 2D single-crystal synthesis, fabrication of micro and nano-scale spintronic devices using clean-room facilities. Experienced in room temperature and low temperature structural, electrical, and magneto-optical characterization techniques in device-level with knowledge of circuit-level implementation. Well versed in micromagnetic simulation using home-made code for open-access software packages.
