Dr. Nitin Girdharwal is a Professor of Marketing & Head - School of Business Administration @ Prestige Institute of Management & Research (PIMR) , Deemed to be University , Indore , Status accorded by MoE & UGC , Govt of India .

Prior to this, Dr. Girdharwal was Professor & Head for the School of Management at Medicaps University, Indore. (NAAC A+ Grade University by UGC -New Delhi )

Dr. Girdharwal has worked for over 16 Years in KIET School of Management (NBA Accredited), KIET- Deemed to be University , Delhi -NCR , India (Status accorded by MoE & UGC , Govt of India), An NIRF Ranking Institute, Delhi-NCR , India .

He has also been a Visiting Professor at Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad, India.

Dr Nitin Girdharwal worked with many organizations of repute like Escorts Tractors Ltd, Faridabad; Abbott India Limited, Mumbai, Macmillan Pharmaceutical Ltd, New Delhi, etc.

Dr Nitin hold a Ph.D. in Training and Development and UGC – NET (Management) Qualified.

Dr. Girdharwal has authored more than 50 Research papers in reputed refereed journals and Conference's index in Scopus , Web of Science , IEEE Xplore , Springer, Taylor & Francis , & ABDC.

He is on the Board of reviewers of Gurukul Business Review - Index in Web of Science (Journal of Gurukul Kangari University , Haridwar ) Emeralds Publications, Inderscience Publications, Sage Publication , IIM Ahmedabad , IEEE Explore and many more SCI and Scopus Index Journals.

Dr. Girdharwal 03 Books (Single Author ) got registered in CIP (Cataloging in Publication) Data base.

He has contributed more than 05 Articles in Times of India, New Delhi & UN Agencies. Dr. Girdharwal has 18 patents published & Patent Design under his credit.

Dr. Girdharwal is a certified trainer from ISTD-New Delhi, Infosys Leadership center – Chandigarh, Wipro technologies – Bangalore & TCS – New Delhi.

Dr. Girdharwal Established IIPC Cell under AICTE Scheme as a principle Investigator.

Dr. Girdharwal two Research papers on “COVID 19” got indexed by WHO in a Global Literature Review .

He had Discharges the duties and have strength in Attainment of targets to achieve best benchmarks set by National Accreditation Agencies like NAAC, NBA, and NIRF –UGC, etc.

He was conferred with the prestigious Eminent Dr. C.V. Raman Award for Best Research Contribution in 2019–20 at KIET Deemed to be University, Delhi-NCR. He also received the Best Research Award from the Prestige Institute of Management & Research (PIMR),Deemed to be University Indore, consecutively in March 2023, March 2024, March 2025, January 2026 in recognition of his outstanding Research contributions .
